Testers: approving applicants

On the round’s Testers tab you see who applied and who is in, and you decide about those you have to approve. If the round approves automatically, applicants land in Accepted by themselves.

Approve and decline

There are three lists: Waiting for your decision, Accepted and Declined. The tab’s header also shows how many are waiting.

  • Approve: the tester joins the accepted. A registered tester also joins the round’s private tester group; a guest gets access only to the session they applied to.
  • Decline: the tester is declined and gets no reason.
  • Undo: you can take back any decision and the tester waits again. Undoing an acceptance takes a registered tester out of the group.

A closed round takes no more decisions.

Next to the accepted you see their session (or Whole round if they chose none), the account type (Account or Guest) and whether the NDA is accepted.

Filters

Filter the lists by Age and Experience (Casual, Regular, Enthusiast, Designer). If a tester has not given a profile yet, their row says “Age not given”.
