Account: the account manager's manual
The Account is the app where you look after your GreenCloth account: your plan, paying, your invoices, your notifications, the plans you get from organisations, your profile and your personal data. You play in the Controller and on the Display, you make games in the Builder and decks in the Creator. You come to the Account when it is about your account.
It works the same on a phone and on a desktop computer. You need no separate password: you sign in with the same Discord, Google or Facebook account as in the game.
If you are opening it for the first time, start with The screen and the menu, then look at the Overview: there you see which plan you have and how much of it you have used.
What is in an account
- Your plan. Free is the base of every account, and above it Plus, Pro and Ultra are paid plans. Your plan decides how much storage you have, how many games and groups you can have, and what you can use in the Creator, the Builder and the parties.
- Your usage: how much of that allowance you have used.
- Your invoices and your notifications.
- Your organisations. If a studio or publisher gives you a plan, it adds to your own.
- Your profile and your data: you can download them, and you can also ask for your account to be deleted here.

Good to know up front
- Prices are shown with your country’s VAT. The final tax is worked out when you pay, see Plans and payment.
- You pay on Stripe’s page. We never see your card details. You change the payment method and cancel on Stripe’s page, see Invoices.
- A donation is not a plan. It gives no advantage in any game. See Support.
- Deleting the account can be undone for 14 days, after that it is final. See My data.

If you have a question or are stuck, write to us on the contact form. You do not need to be signed in: you give the topic, your e-mail address and your message, and the answer comes by e-mail. We keep your message for 12 months, then delete it automatically.
