The home page

The Creator’s home page holds your games and your decks. From here you open a deck, start a new one, and rename, duplicate or delete them.

The home page

The home page has one section per game. The section’s header shows the game’s title, whether you have released it yet (Released with the version number, or Draft), the number of decks and cards, and four buttons:

  • Library: the game’s images, symbols and textures, see Library;
  • Snapshots: the game’s saves, see Snapshots;
  • New deck: a new deck in this game, see New deck;
  • Open in Builder: the game in the Builder, in a new tab.

In the section every deck is a tile with the deck’s name, the number of cards and the size. Click the tile to open the deck. The tile also shows where the deck stands compared to the Builder:

LabelWhat it means
Not sent yetthe deck is not in the Builder yet
Sent (for example 2 h ago)the Builder has the current version
Changed since last sendyou changed something, the Builder still has the old version

At the top of the home page, if your plan limits the number of decks, a meter shows how many decks you have and how many you can have, see The limits of your plan.

If you have no deck yet, the home page briefly shows the three steps, and you can start with the New deck button.

On a phone you can look through your decks on the home page, but creating a new one and managing decks needs a bigger screen.

Rename, duplicate, delete

The tile’s … button opens the deck’s menu. You get the same menu in the top bar of an open deck by clicking the deck’s name.

  • Rename: you give the deck a new name.
  • Duplicate: a new deck in the same game, with the same template and cards, and a name ending in copy. The copy has not been sent to the Builder yet.
  • Delete deck…: the Creator asks first, then deletes the deck’s template and cards. Cards already sent to the Builder stay there.

In two cases deleting works differently:

  • If this is the game’s last deck, the game’s shared helper tables are deleted with it (see Tabs and links). The Creator lists them, and you have to type the deck’s name to delete it. The game, the images and the symbols stay.
  • If another deck refers to this deck (see Data from other decks), the deck cannot be deleted. The Creator shows which deck refers to it; remove the reference there first.
