Organisations

The Organisations page lists the studios and publishers you belong to, and here you see which of them gave you a plan. If you manage the seats in an organisation, this is where you assign and take them back.

You create an organisation in the Builder, and you manage its members there too, see the Builder’s Organisations page. The Builder button on the card takes you there.

The list of organisations

Each organisation is a card with its name and your role: Owner, Member, or the name of the role you were given in the organisation.

A seat is a plan that the organisation gives to one of its members. What you see on the card depends on whether you can manage the seats.

If you got a seat

If the organisation gave you a seat, the Package from the organisation box on the card shows:

• the plan;
• the Next renewal: the plan renews every month;
• if the organisation took it back, the Revoked note, and until when it still works.

Assigning seats

If you can manage the seats, the Assign seats box on the card shows the plans row by row, and how many of each have been assigned.

1. Click the Assign button on a plan that still has a free seat.
2. Choose the member. The list only shows those who do not have a seat yet.
3. Confirm with the Assign to {name} button.

The assigned plan renews every month until you take it back. If you need more seats, let us know with the e-mail link at the bottom of the box: seats come by agreement.

Taking seats back

The Assignments box shows, row by row, who got which plan, and when their next renewal is.

1. Click the Take back button on the member’s row.
2. Read what happens: the member keeps the plan until the running period ends. After that, any of their content over their own plan’s allowance becomes read only.
3. Confirm with the Take back seat button.

You cannot take back your own seat.
