Overview

The Overview is the home page of the Account. Here you see which plan you have and until when, whether an organisation gave you a plan, whether you are a partner, and how much of your storage, games and groups you have used. If something is wrong with a payment, this is where the Account tells you first.

The Creator plan panel

At the top of the page is the Creator plan panel:

• your plan’s name (Free, Plus, Pro or Ultra), and until when it is valid, or No end date;
• its state: Active, Payment due (the last payment failed) or Ends soon (you cancelled it);
• Auto-renew: on or off;
• Source: where the plan comes from. You bought it, the GreenCloth team gave it to you, or it comes with one of your roles.

The See plans button takes you to Plans. If you have ever paid, the Manage billing button is here too: with it you can change the payment method or cancel your subscription on Stripe’s page, see Invoices.

When you need to act

• A payment failed: a red bar shows until when you can update the payment method. If you do not do it by then, your account moves to the Free plan. The Update payment button takes you to Stripe’s page.
• You cancelled your plan: you keep everything until it ends, then your account moves to the Free plan.
• On the Free plan a short line tells you what more Plus gives.

A plan from an organisation

If an organisation gave you a seat, each such organisation has its own panel under your own plan, with the organisation’s name, the plan and until when it is valid.

The plan you get adds to your own: you get no separate storage with it, your allowances grow, and the Usage panel already shows the total. Assigning seats is covered on the Organisations page.

The Partner level

The Partner level cannot be bought, and it does not depend on donating either: the GreenCloth team gives it, with an individual agreement.

• If you are a partner, the panel shows the level, when it ends and the rights that come with it.
• If you are not, you can ask about it with the Discord or the Contact us button.

The Usage panel

The Usage panel shows in three bars how much of your allowances you have used:

• Storage: the size of the files you uploaded;
• Games: how many games you have;
• Groups: how many groups you have, and under it how many members a group can have at most.

If you have used more than 90 percent of an allowance, the bar turns yellow. If your plan does not limit something, the bar says Unlimited. The Builder shows the same allowances, see Limits.
