Feedback: the inbox and comparing rounds
The round’s Feedback tab gathers the testers’ answers: the scores summed up in charts, the open answers on cards. You export them from here, and comparing rounds starts here too.
The inbox
At the top, the core questions summed up: the 1 to 5 distribution and average of fun and rule clarity, the length bar (short, right, long) with the real length of the parties, the share who would play again, and the answers to your own questions. Below, the open answers as cards per question.
A card shows who wrote it (their name, or Anonymous to other testers · Name if they did not allow the name to show; you always see the name), which session it was, how long the party ran, how many played, their age group and experience, and if a child played too, Child played too with the age band. Open replay takes you to the party’s replay in the Builder.
The filters narrow by session, language and experience, and the charts follow the filtered set.
Marking as handled
When you are done with a piece of feedback, press Mark as handled on its card. The card stays readable and its header gets a green Handled tag with a tick. Cards still open carry a green stripe on their left edge.
The mark covers all answers of that tester for that session together, not only the card you pressed. Mark as open takes it back. The Show handled switch hides the handled ones.
CSV export
Export CSV downloads the filtered set, one row per feedback. After the fixed columns the header holds the ids of the round’s questions (for example fun, clarity). Text that a spreadsheet would read as a formula is protected so it does not run. The Show handled switch narrows the export too: with it off, handled records are left out.
Compare rounds
Compare rounds puts a game’s rounds in columns: fun, rule clarity, length, play again and party length. Switch rounds with the chips; at least one stays. The change shows against the column to its left.
Where you switched a core question off in a round, Not asked stands, and no change is measured against it. Your own questions are not in the comparison, because they can differ from round to round.
