One agreement. A plan for every member.
You bring together game designers, from ten members to several hundred. We agree the terms with you once, and you give your members their creator plan yourself.
The agreement is made by hand and tailored to your association. There is no checkout and nothing to buy online.
- Plus, Pro or Ultra for members
- Members pay less than on their own
- Every game stays the member's
Every member signs up alone, and you lose track
Your members are designers who need a place to playtest. Today each of them finds a plan, pays for it, and you have no idea who is set up and who is stuck at the free limits. Or you try to negotiate for the whole group, and there is no simple way to share what you get.
- Members buy plans one by one, at the full individual rate
- Nobody in the association can see who has what
- When a member leaves, nothing passes on: the next one starts from scratch
With an association agreement the plans come from one pool, and you decide who gets which.
From a conversation to a member with a plan

We agree the terms
You write to us and tell us about your association: who you are, how many members, what they make. We set up the agreement together and record it by hand. It is either a fixed fee, or settled by the number of seats in use each month.
- 2 / 4
You get a pool of seats
The agreement lists the public creator plans you get (Plus, Pro or Ultra) and how many seats of each. The number can be a firm cap, or unlimited. Your association sees how many seats are given out and how many are still free.
- 3 / 4
You hand them out to your members
In the Account app you give a seat to a member, with the plan you choose, whenever you like. The plan lands on the member's own account, and they use the Builder, the Creator and the table as any plan holder would.
- 4 / 4
You take a seat back when you need to
Take a seat back at any time, for example when someone leaves the association. The member keeps the plan until the end of their current monthly period, so nothing breaks in the middle of a playtest. Then the seat is free for the next member.
Your members keep working in the same tools, and you keep the overview.
Talk to us →What is in it
Every agreement is individual. These are the parts you can expect.
A plan per line
Each line of the agreement is one public creator plan: Plus, Pro or Ultra. You can mix them, for example one plan for most members and a bigger one for a few.
A seat cap, or none
Each line has a number of seats. It can be a firm limit, or unlimited. You see how many are given out and how many are free.
Fixed fee or by use
Either one fixed fee for the whole agreement, or settled by how many seats are in use each month. Which one suits you, we decide together.
A better rate for members
Members get the plan at a better rate than they would pay on their own. The exact terms are in your agreement.
Added to what members have
The seat's plan adds to the member's own rights. A member who already has a plan of their own does not lose it: the seat comes on top.
Their games stay theirs
Every game belongs to the member who made it. They decide whether to add it to the association, and what the others there may do with it.
How to start
Send an e-mail to hello@greencloth.games. Tell us the name of your association, roughly how many members it has and which plans you have in mind. A first guess is enough.
We come back to you with what we need to know, and with how we could set up the agreement for you.
Once the agreement is recorded, the seats appear in your Account app and you can start giving them to your members.
What the association plan does not do (yet)
So you can decide before you write to us.
No online checkout
You cannot buy it on the website. Every agreement is made by hand with us.
A seat does not found an organisation
A plan that comes from a seat adds to a member's limits for games and storage. It does not let that member found an organisation of their own.
What associations ask before they write
Something missing? Write to us and we will answer.
Write to us →What does it cost?
There is no price list, because every agreement is individual. What we can say is that members get the plan at a better rate than they would pay on their own. Write to us and we work out the terms with you.
How big does an association have to be?
There is no minimum. It is meant for clubs, circles and federations that bring designers together, from about ten members to several hundred.
Which plans can I hand out?
The public creator plans: Plus, Pro and Ultra. Each line of the agreement has one plan and the number of seats for it.
Who decides who gets a seat?
You do. Your association gives a seat to a member from the Account app, and can take it back at any time.
What happens when I take a seat back?
The member keeps the plan until the end of their current monthly period. After that the seat is free and you can give it to someone else.
My member already has their own plan. Do they lose it?
No. The seat's plan is added to what the member already has. Limits such as storage and the number of games add up.
Do the games become the association's?
No. A game always belongs to the member who made it. The member can add it to the association and choose what the others may do with it, for example play it, edit it or release it. They can take it out again at any time.
Can we set who does what inside the association?
Yes. The association can create its own roles, for the whole association or for single games, for example testers, editors or organisers, and assign them to members. What a member may do with a game is what its owner allowed and their role gives.
Can I see who has a seat?
Yes. The association sees which member holds which seat, with which plan, and how many seats are still free.
