2. Description of the Service
GreenCloth Games (hereinafter: the "Service") is an online platform for digitizing, sharing, and playing card and board games. Game creators (owners) may make their content available to other users. The Service provides a multi-screen experience where a display device (TV, monitor, tablet) serves as the game table and mobile phones act as player controllers.
The Service consists of the following components:
- greencloth.games website
- Progressive Web Applications (PWA): Controller (player controller), Display (game table display), Builder (game editor), Scanner (game digitizer)
- Real-time game server
- Game content storage and delivery

3. Conditions of Use
3.1 Registration
Using the Service requires signing in with a third-party account (Discord, Google, or Facebook). There is no separate registration — a user account is automatically created upon first sign-in. By signing in for the first time, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
3.2 User Obligations
The user agrees to:
- keep login credentials associated with their account confidential;
- use the Service only for lawful purposes;
- not upload infringing, offensive, hateful, or pornographic content;
- not attempt to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the Service's systems;
- not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Free and Paid Services
Some basic features of the Service are available free of charge. Certain premium features may be accessed through a subscription or one-time purchase.
4.2 Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. Detailed payment information is always displayed before any purchase.
4.3 Subscriptions
Subscriptions are for the selected period and renew automatically until the user cancels. Cancellation may be made at any time before the start of the next billing period.
4.4 Refunds
For one-time purchases, if the digital product does not match its description, a refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase at support@reindeer.red. When cancelling a subscription, the Service remains accessible until the end of the current period; the fee for that period is not refunded.
5. User Generated Content
5.1 Ownership
Game content created by the user in the Builder application (hereinafter: "User Content") remains the intellectual property of the user. The Service Provider acquires no ownership rights over User Content.
5.2 Private Content and Usage
By default, all User Content is private — accessible only to the user who created it. The Service Provider does not display, advertise, or make private content available to other users.
A private game can only be started by its owner — the game cannot be played without the owner's presence. The owner may invite other users to participate in the game session.
5.3 Making Content Public
The user may request to make their content public. In such cases:
- the Service Provider manually reviews the content to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable intellectual property laws;
- publication occurs only after the Service Provider's approval;
- the user is always credited as the publisher of the content;
- the user may withdraw public availability at any time.
5.4 Selling Content
The user may be given the opportunity to sell their User Content through the following models:
- Subscription model: the content is made available to the platform's subscribers, and the user receives a share of the revenue. The content may still be removed at any time.
- Per-copy sales: the content may be offered for individual purchase. Copies already purchased remain accessible to buyers after purchase, but new sales may be disabled at any time.
Detailed terms of sale are governed by a separate agreement.
5.5 Uploaded Assets
The user warrants that they hold the necessary copyright or usage rights for all images, graphics, and other assets they upload. The Service Provider accepts no liability for consequences arising from the upload of infringing content.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Service Provider's Intellectual Property
The GreenCloth Games name, logo, brand identity, software, codebase, and original platform content are the intellectual property of Reindeer Entertainment OÜ. Copying, distributing, or using these is permitted only with the Service Provider's written consent.
6.2 Reporting Infringing Content
If anyone believes that content on the platform infringes their intellectual property rights, they may submit a report to support@reindeer.red. The report must include:
- a precise identification of the alleged infringement (which content, where it is accessible);
- proof or substantiation of the claimant's rights;
- the reporter's contact information.
The Service Provider will review the report and, if substantiated, remove the content.
7. Account Management and Sanctions
7.1 Account Suspension
The Service Provider is entitled to immediately suspend a user account if:
- the user violates the provisions of these Terms and Conditions;
- a substantiated third-party report is filed regarding infringing or unauthorized content;
- the user's activity endangers the operation of the Service or the interests of other users.
7.2 Content Removal
In case of a report of infringing content, the Service Provider is entitled to immediately remove the content after reviewing the report.
7.3 Account Deletion
The user may request permanent deletion of their account at any time at support@reindeer.red. Deletion includes the removal of personal data associated with the user in accordance with the rules set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. Service Availability
8.1 Beta Period
The Service is currently operating in an open beta phase. The beta period lasts until the release of the generally available (GA — General Availability) version. During the beta period:
- the Service is provided on an "as is" basis; no availability guarantee is made;
- features may be modified, added, or removed without prior notice;
- temporary outages and bugs are to be expected.
8.2 Production Operation
After the beta period concludes, the Service Provider targets 99.5% availability. The details of the availability commitment (measurement methodology, exclusions, compensation) are governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA), which takes effect upon the GA release. Users will be notified in advance of scheduled maintenance.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Service Provider is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Service (lost profits, data loss, loss of business opportunities).
- The Service Provider is not liable for issues arising from the operation or unavailability of third-party services (Discord, Google, Facebook, Stripe).
- The Service Provider is not liable for the legality of content uploaded by users.
- The Service Provider's liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid by the user for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Disputes between the user and the Service Provider shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If this does not lead to a resolution, disputes shall be adjudicated by the competent court in Tallinn.

11. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The amended terms will be published on the Service's website. In case of material changes, users will be notified within the Service. Continued use of the Service after the amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
